We had a very nice time, we had great weather! The Location to beach and restaurants is awesome. The private pool is a must have from now on! Overall the place was pretty clean. Found a few minor things, mold in showers for example. The couches in the main living area need updating. They were stained and the material very rough. Believe them when they say they provide nothing. If you plan on cooking while you are there you will need to bring all spices including salt and pepper.

We were excited to stay at this property—the location is fantastic, the walk to the beach is quick and easy, and the house itself is beautiful, spacious, and very clean. Unfortunately, those positives were overshadowed by serious issues with communication and basic functionality.After just one day, the WiFi went out and never came back for the rest of our stay. We were told there was a provider outage in the area, but after speaking to several neighbors who all had working internet (with the same provider), we realized it was only our unit affected. A technician later confirmed the modem was fine but the router had failed—likely due to a nearby lightning strike.Despite having this information, management continued to deflect, offered no resolution, and denied compensation, citing it as “out of their control.” That response felt dismissive, especially given the issue was unique to our unit and easily could’ve been addressed with proper attention.Additionally, the propane tank for the grill was completely empty when we went to cook dinner, with no backup tank provided. We had to interrupt our meal, drive to a gas station, and pay for a refill ourselves (which they did reimburse after the fact).We expected a stress-free vacation with basic working amenities—especially at this price point—but instead spent too much of our trip troubleshooting and following up on avoidable issues.
