House was in excellent condition and very clean.
Excellent location very quite and piece full . Right on river with nice dock and boat hookup. Would highly recommend
And if we go back to area would rent again. House is extremely large . 2 living rooms and layer out very well. Also kitchen is huge.

Such a great property! Plenty of room for large family gathering. Great kitchen with all you need to make meals. We played cards, built puzzles and the kids enjoyed water time in the back yard. Did not have a boat to ride the water but the dock was nice, and the mullet jumping was entertaining. Did see a gator too. The rooms were comfy and the bathrooms plenty. This would be a great place to enjoy in cooler weather and use the fire pit outback. Loved the porches too. Was a wonderful time for all of us.

We booked this house for scalloping. It is about 10 mile North of the scalloping grounds however it is a very rough ride. I would not recommend staying here for scalloping. The water also had lots of large alligators that would come up to the dock. Would suggest watching kids closely if they are down there. I would suspect people have been feeding them as they come right up to the dock. The house was beautiful and had lots of space. There are lots of cameras on the property and the host was quick to message about stuff. I didn’t think they were allowed to watch you on camera. I found that part to be strange.
