Great stay with family for scalloping. The house is in amazing shape with excellent amenities. Captain Sam was incredibly responsive and checked on us throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. Grilled every night on the back deck and the house had everything we needed as well as a fully stocked kitchen for cooking/baking. Would definitely return!

Whole family of 6 adults and 2 kids enjoyed the house. Nice kitchen open to family room with large couch. Close to restaurants and plenty of beds.

An Unforgettable Stay – Everything We Hoped For and More!We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we walked in, the home was spotless, beautifully appointed, and exactly as described—if not better. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the cozy linens to the well-stocked kitchen that made meals a joy to prepare.The host was outstanding—responsive, gracious, and truly committed to making our stay exceptional. Whether it was offering local tips or making check-in seamless, their hospitality shined through.Location-wise, it was perfect! Quiet and relaxing, yet close to everything we wanted to explore. We found ourselves torn between going out or staying in and enjoying the peaceful vibe of the property.This wasn’t just a rental—it felt like a home away from home.

We had a great stay in Crystal River! The location was perfect—just minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, and everything we needed. The house itself was clean, well-kept, and very comfortable. The living areas were spacious, and the furniture made it easy to relax after a day on the water. We especially appreciated the easy water access and the ample space to pull up our boat. Would definitely stay here again! 2 full baths and 1 half bath.
