Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this convenient, centrally-located home. This waterfront duplex offers the perfect arrangement for large families to enjoy vacationing together all while benefiting from 2 separate private spaces. This unique property is situated on a tranquil, wildlife-rich canal leading to Kings Bay. Amenities include 3 king beds, your own boat slip, kayaks for 8, fishing poles, 2 kitchens, gas and charcoal grills, fire pit, and bikes to name a few
This duplex is located on a waterfront canal that leads out to Kings Bay. Each unit has been completely remodeled and every detail brand new. This property will allow your multi-family or large group to vacation together while also keeping your own living room/kitchen/bedroom spaces. Hang out and spend time together on either one of these large decks, backyard or fish together at the seawall. Apartment #1 has a boat slip just steps from the deck and both sides share a brand new kayak ramp and launch.
*Total of 2 tandem kayaks and 4 single kayaks, youth kayaks available at request.

*3 single beds and an air mattress, floor mattress, futon and 2 couches.

This property is in a quiet neighborhood but close to 3 sisters, Hunter springs, Fort Island Trail beach, shopping and restaurants.
These apartments are rented out individually as well, but at a better price if booked together.
This is the perfect getaway for your large family to enjoy relaxing moments alone or create big memories together.
Host is available to assist booking guest and group with specific needs during your stay.

It has motion-activated cameras at each front door facing toward the street and at each back door facing towards the canal.
It is treated quarterly for those pesky Florida pests. We recommend all doors and windows stay closed when not in use to help prevent indoor bugs.
It is located on a canal that features a brand-new seawall and 3' wide sidewalk. A dramatic drop off up to 6' in height into the canal (depending on the tide and time of the year) may potentially be dangerous to children. All guests should take precaution and children should be supervised at all times.
Various wildlife is present in the area. No food should fed to any animals or be left outside that would encourage unwanted visits.

Lovely house, with an even prettier backyard view than I expected. Great selection of kayaks and life jackets too. A slightly larger interior table would be nice for bigger groups like ours, but that’s a super minor thing. Overall great stay!
