- Bathrooms: Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom! The bedroom with two queen beds includes a double vanity and shower. The bedroom with the King bed includes a bathroom with a tub and single vanity. Half bathroom located in the main living area.

LOCATION: The ideal blend of city amenities with a neighborhood feel. Located in the heart of Wheat Ridge, you’ll be close to local eateries, breweries and shops, with a 15-minute commute to downtown Denver, Colorado and less than a mile from I-70.

FUNCTIONAL LAYOUT & HIGH-END FINISHES: 3 Story, 2 Bedroom/2.5 Bathroom Townhouse with high ceilings, exceptional light, and spacious kitchen with large dining area! Quartz counters, sleek stainless steel appliances, large 6-person dining table, spacious ground-level porch in addition to first-floor balcony.

NEED TO KNOW:
- No access to the mailbox; a PO Box is recommended for your stay. Deliveries are welcome.
- Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, ESPN+, and Paramount+ included. Please use your own logins for other apps. If the logins have been removed, please feel free to reach out to get them logged in again.
- Starter supplies provided; guests are responsible for their own paper/cleaning/toiletries after starter supplies run out.
- Garage parking requires that you download the MyQ app and provide your email address in advance of check-in. Out of respect for our neighbors, guests MUST park in our garage during their stay.
- We charge a nonrefundable pet fee of $60 per pet for stays under a week, $120 per pet for a week, and $180 per pet for over two weeks. We allow up to two. Fees for reservations beyond a week will be charged separately through VRBO with a special request after your reservation begins. No private outdoor space. Pets must be walked.
- Nest security cameras are located at the front entrance facing the porch and entryway and outside the garage door facing the alley and outside entry to the garage. We also have a Vivint security system that is not active.

Located 10 minutes west of Downtown Denver, Colorado, Wheat Ridge is one of the closest suburbs to the city and is tucked in the curve of I-70. This grants residents easy access to downtown, parks, and the mountains. This older neighborhood has transformed over the past ten years to be the place to live with a mix of culture, shopping centers, local restaurants, and more than 20 parks.
