As you enter the apartment, you will be greeted by a spacious living room with a comfortable seating area with a flat-screen TV, a dining table for six, and floor-to-ceiling windows that lead to a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while taking in the fresh air.
The kitchen has all the essential appliances and cutleries to make delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. There's also ironing equipment if you need it.
There are two bedrooms. One with two single beds, and another has a queen bed. All beds are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

It is between the vibrant and multicultural Belleville and the serene and lush Père Lachaise. The area is perfect for leisurely walks, with plenty of gastronomic options, such as Chinese and West Indian restaurants in Belleville. One can also take a romantic stroll through the Père Lachaise Cemetery, the final resting place of famous artists, writers, and poets. The village of Charonne near Porte de Bagnolet offers a bucolic countryside feel. A typical day in the area may involve a cosy breakfast at home, a treasure hunt in the cemetery, a visit to the Edith Piaf Museum, vinyl shopping at record dealers, a gastronomic dinner at Chatomat, and a musical evening at La Bellevilloise or La Maroquinerie. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
