Several huge picture windows overlooking a scenic view of the Blue Ridge Mountains allow the sunlight to come in and gently soothe your cares. Get away with your friends and family in this spacious, relaxing modern farmhouse style home that might jus' make you forget your worries. A little bit of heaven on earth, we think! Hurry up, we've been making it perfect ~ just for you!
Come to this 3700 sq ft home to stretch out and relax! The main floor features a gourmet Kitchen, eat-in Breakfast Nook, formal Dining Room, Great Room, Powder Room, Master Bedroom with en suite bathroom (with a spa tub), and Sunroom. All that on one floor!! The lower level hosts another Bedroom, full Bathroom, Laundry room, and large Living Room with a Game Table Nook as well. The Upper Level is home to 3 Bedrooms with 4 queen beds, 2 full Bathrooms, and a Dedicated Workspace / Sitting Area. Two patio spaces and a large yard make this the perfect space for outdoor dining, relaxing and fun.
Guests will have the entire house and property to themselves, with the ability to access all 3 levels. There is a Dedicated Workspace and Sitting Area on the upper level which is available to guests.
(Additionally, the Main and Lower Levels are available for a smaller group of 4 thru a different listing. Please contact co-host for details.)
*Children are loved, but please check with us before booking to make sure the house is appropriate for certain ages. This may not be the best choice for families with a lot of young children. Thank you.
There is a 4k TV in the living room (65") and another downstairs (42"), both with Roku (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, Disney+, and AT&T TV Now for live channels incl HBO). We have a UHD Blu-Ray/DVD player connected in the living room. They can also be used with Xbox, etc -- please bring your own cables. Wifi is available.
This is a complete Smoke Free and Pet Free property and home. Please no smoking or vaping of any kind on the property.
Due to this being a mountaintop community, sound travels extremely well to the neighbors. Please be mindful of this when enjoying yourself outdoors. We want to respect our neighbors and keep this property available for guests.

Five couples visited the house for a long weekend for a tubing adventure. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was immaculate and our host, Lydia, was on spot. Would recommend this house to any age, as steps, parking, and bedding layout is wonderful.

This home is by far the best we have ever have booked. The communications with the hosts were fantastic, the home is equipped like being at our own home. Never had a kitchen equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely be back, fantastic weekend!!

The home is lovely and well appointed. Our group of 11 had plenty of everything we needed for our relaxed getaway - dishes, mugs, blankets, towels, etc. The host was responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend and hope we can get back again!

6 of us stayed at this luxurious, spacious, CLEAN, well-equipped property near Asheville - and there was room for so many more! If we could give 10 stars in a review, we would. We all appreciated the beautiful decor, comfortable beds and furniture, well-stocked kitchen/baths, along with the cleanliness and good repair of the property. So many lovely seating areas, inside and out. The kitchen was by-far, the cleanest, best equipped, and most clearly labeled space we have ever seen. (Kudos to the fireplace instructions as well!) Lydia was right there for us in every question or need we had. While the location is in Swannanoa, its proximity to Asheville is perfect for feeling like you are getting away from the hustle and bustle of life, yet only a short drive to wherever you might want to go in Asheville. Everything was lavish, well-stocked, and beautiful. We can’t say enough good things about our time at this property.
