About this cabin rental
If you’re looking for fun time enjoying vibrancy of downtown Asheville, hobnobbing at the Biltmore, exploring hiking trails, or a relaxing getaway in the quaint town of Black Mountain this is the place for you. This two-story split home has ‘instagramable’ décor with beautiful mnt views. Plenty of space to accommodate, with two full kitchens and 6 bedrooms. Enjoy an evening in the hot tub admiring the mountains or your morning coffee on the deck watching the sunrise. This home has it all!
Great views with an outdoor space to get the most out of the mountain air with a great fire pit built out of natural stone and hot tub to soak in.
Fully furnished top and bottom levels with washer and dryers on both levels. Separate full kitchens on both the top and bottom levels with oven, microwave, dishwasher, to make the perfect space to share and celebrate with friends or family while having your own private space when needed. Two dining rooms and two living rooms.
Access from the top level or bottom level with no stairs. Stairs only needed to travel from top or bottom level inside house.

Located in a quiet mountain community- other homes near by. Permanent residence and a couple short term rentals.
Pets allowed- 2 max $100 pet fee
Cancellation policy 96% refund if cancel 30 days prior to check in. 50% refund 14 days prior. No Refund less then 14 days before check in
Seasonal weather conditions are expected and do not qualify for refunds or cancellations. Guests are responsible for monitoring forecasts, road conditions, and securing travel insurance.
Check out is at 10am- you may be charged extra fee if checkout past 10am without prior approval. We will try out best to accommodate late checkouts when possible but will need at least 24 hour notice. This allows us to give our cleaning team proper notice. Please keep in mind if we have a same day check in we may not be able to accommodate.
No Parties- please be respectful of neighbors and noise levels.
If you move furniture please put back where originally found.

There is special health risk involved when using hot tub and you are accepting those risk when using. There is potential danger for unsupervised children, as well as health risk for if pregnant or intoxicated. Hot tub should be kept at temperature less then 104 degrees. Large groups and/or overuse of hot tub will cause hot tub to become dirtier quicker. Recommended to give 2-3 hours between hot tub use. Please be mindful of time in hot tub and personal hygiene prior to use. Guest accepts sole responsibility of accidents, medical conditions, or injury.
Please clean up any excessive messes, spills, etc. and throw away trash in trash cans. Any extra cleaning or deep cleaning that needs to be done by cleaning team may result in extra charges.
