Tucked into the mountains of Swannanoa — just minutes east of Asheville — this No Worry Vacations home is built for groups who want room to breathe. Five bedrooms, three full baths, and comfortable space for up to 12 guests mean no one's fighting over the couch. The home carries a calming, river-inspired feel, and the kind of layout where the whole family can be together or find a quiet corner with a book.
We're a local team — responsive and here for you from 9am–9pm every day.
The space
Living areas: An open, welcoming living room with a smart TV, comfortable seating for the group, and board games for the evenings you'd rather stay in. A laptop-friendly workspace if someone needs to check in with the office.
Kitchen & dining: A fully equipped kitchen — full-size fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, even a bread maker and baking sheets — plus a dining table to gather everyone for the big group dinner. Cook in one night and you've already paid for the trip.
Game room: A pool table and ping pong table for the rainy afternoons and the after-dinner tournaments.
Outdoors: A private hot tub to sink into under the mountain sky, plus a backyard, patio, and BBQ grill for cookouts and morning coffee in the fresh air.

great stay, enjoyed the home. the pictures make rooms appear to be larger than they are. The driveway definitely looks larger in pictures than in person. We understood the 4 car max but a warning about the steepness of the driveway and the narrowness of the drive is necessary.

The house offered the perfect space for the cousins to play and enjoy kids stuff while the adults relaxed on the main floor. The sleeping options were great for the group we had staying for the long holiday weekend.

Upon arrival we were throughly impressed with the property. The pictures are actually what you get, very clean home with lots of space for our large family! Neil was great with communications. Although our trip was interrupted by hurricane Helene, the house and host were great!
