Reservations of 30+ days are subject to additional review. Stays exceeding 90 days require a separate agreement. A security deposit, mid stay cleaning fees and trash pick up fees may apply depending on the length of stay.

The property needs some TLC. There was no toilet paper holder in the master bathroom - just a roll setting on the vanity. Both shower door handles were loose. The drywall in the mast bath needs some repair work. There was a large mirror sitting on the floor behind one of the night stands in the master bath. Multiple kitchen cabinet doors have broken hinges. There was not a single kitchen towel provided. The screen on the screen door on the front deck needs to be completely replaced. You advertise a pool table - it has one cue that is warped, no other cues and no chalk. All of the supplies for the pool remodeling have been left out including scrap lumber and an open bag of thin set - unsightly and a safety hazard. And whomever takes care of the hot top needs to learn basic water chemistry. The water was extremely foamy which is caused by detergent in suits or bad chemistry. As it was foamy as soon as we opened the cover it is clearly chemistry. The property needs some some serious care. Someone with ownership in the property needs to take a walk through!!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Fairview. We had several interactions with a momma bear and her 2 cubs. We also enjoyed this interaction even though she kidnapped the trash bin. Only reason I didn't give communication 5 stars was due to 2 or 3 attempts to contact by phone and leaving 1 voicemail, we could never make contact this way. The team was very responsive via chat.

The property was very beautiful and clean. The rooms were all nicely decorated, and there were several outdoor sitting areas to accommodate large groups. The check-in process was very easy, and the host provided all of the necessary information regarding the property. We enjoyed the pool as well as the other activities on the property.

Kitchen was well stocked for meals! Rooms were comfortable. Bring TP and linens for any couches you plan to sleep on. A nice time was had by all!
