Welcome to the Breezy Blue Bayhouse in Treasure Island! Located in Freeport right by the historic San Luis Pass and Surfside Beach, this brand new development is a perfect beach getaway with stunning views..
The home is nestled on a dead-end street with minimal traffic making it comfortable, relaxing and peaceful for families and friends. Suitable for up to 9 guests, this house offers quick access to the beach, a community fishing pier and a public boat ramp in the San Luis Pass County Park.
The space
- Short golf cart or car ride to the beach (please contact us for golf cart rental recommendations)
- Expansive downstairs entertainment area, complete with a hot tub, BBQ grill, fire pit, shower, bathroom, bar and TV.
- Large upstairs patio with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, both from the bay and beach side
- Beach chairs and toys available downstairs in the chest near the stairs
- Fully stocked kitchen with all cooking supplies including spices and condiments
- Complimentary Disney+, HULU and ESPN+
- Complimentary champagne bottle with your stay
- Guided fishing tour recommendations available upon request
Guest access
- Complimentary WiFi available for guest use. Network and Password will be provided via online and physical guidebook.
- Keypad code to enter the house will be provided a few hours before check-in via Aribnb message

- Grocery delivery is available through H-E-B in Lake Jackson
- 5 minute drive to Blue Water Bar and Grill, a beachfront restaurant with a variety of food options
- 15 minute drive to Freeport, where there are plenty of dining and shopping options as well as the Freeport Municipal Golf Course
- 30-40 minute drive to Galveston. Please note that there is a $2 one-way toll bridge that you will be required to cross

Great property and wonderful communication, would rebook it if the mosquitos in that area weren’t so bad. Unfortunately we all got bit very badly as well as the children, and there should be a fogger/spray system to help with them being so bad.
However, all in all, beautiful stay and quiet for young children to play without worry of busy street/cars. Loved the location and amenities. Just bring a ton of bug spray and citronellas.

The house was very nice, clean and had all needed amenities. If you are going for the beaches, this place is for you as it is literally surrounded by beaches. The only disappointment we had was that the hot tub was not hot when we got there. Having a hot tub was the reason we booked here and it took 2 days for it to get to temp. The location is nice-for the beach, but it is a long way away from any tourist spots, that requires a $2 dollar toll both coming and going. I would recommend renting a golf cart for the miles of beach to travel. You can drive vehicles on them, but I wasn't going taking a two wheel drive rental there. Also, we have never stayed in a house on stilts before and if it feels like it's moving, you're not going crazy, it was moving quite a bit on the windy days! All in all a nice place.
