This spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation home offers all the comforts you crave, just steps from the sand and great fishing at San Luis Pass. Unwind after a day of fun on a private balcony, roast marshmallows around the fire pit, or challenge your crew to foosball in the game room. Pieces of Eight is the ideal place to create lasting memories with your loved ones.

● Location: Treasure Island beach community of Freeport, Texas

● Beach Access: Less than a 3 minute drive from the Treasure Island beach access point, and right across the street from the best fishing in Texas at San Luis Pass!

● Private Pool: This home features an above-ground pool that is 4ft deep with a spacious deck for lounging.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.

● Parking: There is room for 6 vehicles in the driveway.

Upon entering the main floor, you`ll be greeted by a bright and airy living room featuring a big-screen TV, perfect for movie nights. The adjacent dining area seamlessly flows into the well-equipped kitchen, ideal for whipping up delicious meals. This level also boasts two comfortable bedrooms - one with a king-sized bed and another with a queen bed and a full-over-full bunk bed, perfect for families.

Head upstairs to discover a secondary living area with two full-sized futons for additional sleeping and a flat-screen TV, making it a great spot for teens or movie marathons. This floor also features a bedroom with a king-sized bed and a twin bunk bed, providing ample sleeping arrangements for larger groups.

But the fun doesn`t stop there! Descend to the ground level to find a dedicated entertainment zone complete with a foosball table and arcade games, sure to keep everyone entertained for hours. This level also boasts a lofted sleeping area with two queen beds, offering additional flexibility for larger groups.

Step outside onto one of the private balconies and soak in the sights and sounds of Treasure Island. Each balcony offers a serene escape, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails under the stars. For those who love to grill, there`s a BBQ pit and entertainment area downstairs under the house, and for an extra dose of ambiance, a fire pit awaits in the backyard.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book

We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
