Stone's throw from UNC-Asheville on greenway to botanical gardens. 5 minutes to downtown, walkable to Grove Park Inn. House is comfortably furnished and fully stocked.

Loved staying at the cozy Asheville cottage! House looks exactly as pictured, kitchen is well-equipped and easy to cook/bake in, neighborhood is friendly and adorable, and we loved being so close to both downtown and the mountains. Jami was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Super cute spot in a great area of Asheville. Neighbors are wonderful and felt comfortable walking around the neighborhood even at night. Loved the decor of the home and just overall a great stay! Highly recommend!
