About this cottage rental
If you are looking to get away from the daily grind and be surrounded by nature our family cottage is perfect for you!! Not one street light for miles gives you a beautiful starry sky on a clear night! Step out onto the front porch and enjoy your coffee/cocoa listening to the brook across the street! Our home is a perfect mix of relaxation yet close enough to town for fine dining, breweries, and adventure!!

Three bedrooms are setup to accommodate adults. One bedroom on the first floor is setup to accommodate children.

A motion detecting floodlight has an integrated camera pointed at the driveway and the approach to the front door. There is also a smart doorbell at the main entrance pointed at the approach to the door. These cameras comply with VRBO policy.

We loved staying here. The house was beautiful, clean and well stocked. There was a little playground area, a fire pit and hot tub which we used everyday. Check in and out was easy and the host was very responsive. We even saw a momma bear and her 2 cubs right up the hill from the house. We loved that the host was pet friendly and we could bring our dog. I highly recommend!!

We were so lucky to have found the spot! It's such a beautiful location and house. We had everything we needed and then some in the house and great communication with the hosts. I highly recommend staying here. Just take the advice that when they say you need four-wheel drive during any kind of snow storm they are not kidding. It can be a winter wonderland up there. We had no issue with four-wheel drive.

Everything was Perfect! The quiet, wooded location and view of the Covered Bridge was a great retreat following Adventures every day! Easy to get to Stowe Resort/ Mt. Mansfield, Jay Peak, and the Town! It was in the negatives and the house was nice and warm!
