THE HOT TUB

THE SPACE
One open floor plan connects the kitchen, dining and living areas with mountain and resort views through the trees. The house is designed the way we live: real art on the walls, good lighting, a turntable with records, and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking for the whole group. Fireplace in the living room. Workspace and fast wifi if you need to work a morning.
4 bedrooms, 6 beds, 3 full baths — room for two or three families or a group of friends without anyone on a couch. One king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, and one 'ski dorm' with queen bed + bunk bed.
OUTSIDE
The deck is the heart of the house in every season: string lights, outdoor dining for the group, a fire pit for s'mores, and a 7-person 90 jet hot tub. Level 2 EV charger on site (Tesla connector). Ample parking.
LOCATION
Edson Hill is the quiet side of Stowe: wooded and private, but under 10 minutes to Stowe Mountain Resort, Trapp Family Lodge trails, and Main Street's restaurants and shops. Winter: skiing, cross-country, snowshoeing. Spring–summer: the Stowe Recreation Path, mountain biking at Cady Hill, swimming holes, Smugglers' Notch. Fall: some of the best foliage in New England, right from the deck.

Well-behaved dogs welcome with prior approval and deposit. No cats or other pets.
DEPOSIT
A refundable $1,000 security deposit is authorized on your card before arrival and released 3 days after checkout; no funds are charged unless there is damage.
