The location is conveniently located near the interstate and hwy 441 which is a straight shot into Gainesville to the university and Shands. The space is perfect for a short stay, comfortable beds, very clean and easily accessible. The host was responsive and helpful.

This property is delightful! It's super easy to get to and convenient to I-75 and 441. Outside was a little frustrating (the front steps were a challenge for my mom, who has mobility impairments, because they're not all the same height and the first step was very high due to soil erosion), but inside was spotlessly clean and met our needs perfectly. I loved spending the day in Gainesville and Alachua and coming back to a full kitchen, comfy sofa, TV that had all my channels, and a soft bed. The shower pressure was perfect, as well. I feel like the property manager kept in touch with me and was very responsive to each of my questions. I will absolutely come back to this little gem the next time I'm in town.

The house is cute and neat! Small, but perfect for us. The outside isn’t welcoming, but once you open the door it is decorated so nice and bright. We had everything we needed for our stay. The owner, Sergy was so easy to deal with and very responsive to any questions. We will definitely stay at this property again if we are in the area
