Experience tranquility and comfort in this modern, bright, and impeccably clean 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse. Nestled in a picturesque golf community, the home offers convenient access to Alachua, Gainesville, and High Springs—perfect for exploring the area's stunning springs and vibrant attractions. Enjoy scenic walks, a sparkling pool, a peaceful lake, playgrounds, and picnic areas just steps from your door.
Bedroom 1 (Master): A spacious retreat with modern decor, a cozy swivel chair for reading, and a patio for enjoying the outdoors. The en-suite bathroom 1 boasts an updated walk-in shower with modern tile, while the walk-in closet offers ample storage space, hangers, and bins. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
Bedroom 2: Designed with a soothing blue and white ocean theme, this room includes a comfortable king bed, modern nightstands, a large double-door closet, and a side door to the full bathroom 2 with a shower/tub.
This ground-level townhouse is perfect for guests of all ages, including elderly and handicap accessibility needs.
Accommodate up to 6 guests:
• Bedroom 1: Sleeps 2 adults and 1 child
• Bedroom 2: Sleeps 2 adults and 1 child
• Additional Options: 1 queen-size air mattress and 2 single air mattresses are available for $15 per night each, which includes bedding and towels for guests beyond the 4th.
Things to do around:
• Gainesville is famous for its Gators, the University of Florida, and attractions like the Thomas Center and Hippodrome Theater.
• High Springs and Fort White are home to stunning natural springs, including Gilchrist Blue Springs State Park, Ichetucknee Springs, Ginnie Springs, and Devil’s Den.
Parking:
Parking in the driveway is required. If additional parking is needed, you may use any available spots on the right side of the picket fence or along NW 65th Way.

- Check-in: 3:00 PM
- Check-out: 10:00 AM
- Self check-in with keypad
- No smoking
- No parties or events
- Pets allowed with a pet fee
Rule Details:
[1] Please be respectful of the space, as this is our home. Clean up after yourself, including washing your own dishes. A $35 fee will apply if dishes are left for the cleaner.
[2] Absolutely no loud music or parties, as a courtesy to our neighbors. A $500/night fee applies if a party occurs.
[3] Pets are allowed with a $35/night pet fee. Please keep pets off the beds and couch. If pet hair is found on the bed or couch, an additional $75 fee will be charged.
[4] No smoking inside the home (including tobacco, marijuana, etc.). A $250 fee applies if smoking occurs after check-out.
[5] Please do not leave trash outside the house or in the parking lot. We aim to keep the neighborhood clean!
[6] Let us know immediately if anything is broken, damaged, or not working properly.
