A quiet stretch of forest (approx. 700 m) leads you directly to the Baltic Sea beach. Koserow is located roughly in the middle of the 40-kilometer-long beach on the island of Usedom, between Peenemünde and Swinemünde (Poland).
In addition to being home to the island’s highest point (Streckelsberg), the area around Koserow is also the narrowest part of Usedom Island between the sea and the Achterwasser lagoon. Nowhere else on the island are these two bodies of water so close together.
