We left suggestions in the book provided and noticed others had had the same issues over the last few years. Our main issue was the poorly equipped kitchen. We boiled water in a beer mug to get hot water to make coffee, all that was needed was a functioning electric kettle. There was no cooktop except for a hotplate which required special pots for it to work, only a frying pan available. This unit would be best for a few guys who want to ski all day and eat tv dinners or eat out.
