Located in a residential area in the heart of the village and less than 5 minutes by car from popular activities: the Stoneham ski resort, Mont Wright Park, the federated snowmobile trail, the Stoneham Golf Club, the Espace 47 (mountain biking and Fat Bike) and the Marais du Nord for their hiking trails and canoe and kayak rentals.
Located on 1st Avenue in a quiet country setting, it is close to the main services and less than 5 minutes from Route 175 to access the Jacques-Cartier Valley or the Mercier reception of the SEPAQ for lovers of nature, hunting and fishing.
Less than 5 minutes walk away, we find:
- The restaurant "Les Gamines" with its famous waffles and "Chocolat Harmonie" chocolate factory and ice cream bar;
- The Townships Public Market and the Christmas Market at Founders' Park;
- The Townships' convenience store;
