The house is located in the Gold Coast complex in Flic en Flac.
The main entrance to the complex is just past the Jumbo Express supermarket parking lot (formerly SPAR) and offers direct access to Flic en Flac’s main beach.
Ideally located in Flic en Flac, the house is less than a minute’s walk from the beach and local shops.

First floor:
- Enjoy the terrace, private garden, and the complex’s swimming pool.
- A cozy living/dining room with an open, fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to enjoy meals outdoors.
- An air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed.
- Bathroom with sink, shower, and toilet
1st Floor:
- 3 air-conditioned double bedrooms, including a very spacious master suite with its own private bathroom.
- Bathroom: A large walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.
- The large terrace is the perfect spot to unwind at the end of the evening.

- The pool, featuring a main pool and a children’s pool.
