Property is very clean. Minutes from the beach. One bedroom downstairs and the others upstairs. Pool almost outside the door. Washing machine was great but no laundry tub. A close walk to Jumbo supermarket and a few minutes’ walk from restaurants. Gated community with security at entrance. Prompt response to minor queries during our stay.
Downstairs bathroom is tiny, has a low ceiling and needs another rack to hang clothes. One person complained of a hard mattress. Place can be noisy when holidaymakers arrive in nearby villas. Communal pool had some sand on it - more regular cleaning perhaps needed. Dishwasher is not very useful located in outside laundry. New frypans and a knife sharpener would be good.

Great location in secure area close to the beach, nice garden, 2 pools available, cleanliness. Quick repair of a leaking toilet. Supermarket near the accommodation. Very good communication with the owner.
This property REALLY needs renovation.
