The Sand Piper cottage is a charming and comfortable family vacation home! Just steps to the stunning Corolla beaches!
Take a dip in the cool private pool and try your hand at a game of ping pong or air hockey! This home is located near shopping, restaurants, and all of the fun activities found in Corolla. Don't forget to bring your fur-baby as the house is pet friendly. The beach access has a community walkway and you also have access to the community tennis courts.
Section D in Ocean Sands- prohibited vehicles in Ocean Sands includes trailers, motor homes, golf carts, ATV's and motorized scooters or buggies.

House and amenities were perfect for our family. House was cleaned and ready for our arrival. Lots of space and plenty for everyone to do. Priced right and enjoyed our stay. We will be back!

The house was great good location. Short walkingdistance to beach. Plenty of bedrooms but a couple ofthe mattresses could use updating. Plenty of kitchen dishesPots and pans for cooking, need a second refrigerator for that many people. Definitely would stay there again.

This house suited us well. It is a close walk to the beach, less than 5 minute drive to the grocery and Duck Donuts and a comfortable interior floor plan. Also it is dog friendly. The beds are firm and the sectional couch upstairs is huge. Everything worked and the pool was clean and refreshing. A hot tub would be nice and perhaps a hammock. We loved the ping pong table. Several of the window blinds were in need of repair but did not affect our stay.

Great location and plenty of room. However the house was not clean upon arrival. Beds were barley made. Family members had to clean. Pool was nice.
