Rental of a small 40-square-meter house featuring a living area with a small kitchen and a large attic bedroom that sleeps 4. There is an office area in the bedroom.
The cottage is surrounded by a tree-lined garden, with a patio-style terrace in the back featuring a huge fig tree. Very cozy and warm. Fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, raclette and fondue set, and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Barbecue. 2 sets of patio furniture.
A small house in a charming village on the banks of the Burgundy Canal and near the lock. Perfect for bike rides, walks… and for anglers.
A true haven of peace with birdsong and the sound of flowing water… Peace and quiet guaranteed!
Close to the Chablis vineyards, Tanlay Castle, Ancy-le-Franc, and Auxerre; 10 km from Tonnerre and the Fosse Dionne... 1 hour and 20 minutes from Nigloland and Lake d’Orient.
We have 2 bicycles available for rent: 10 euros per day per bicycle.

The owners have taken a great deal of trouble and care to make the house and gardens as welcoming and comfortable as possible. There are a hundred delightful touches - inside and out - that contributed to our having an absolutely wonderful stay. We will certainly return - our dog wouldn’t have it any other way! Thank you.
