Overall, a great host and a decent property which could be excellent with some fresh furniture!

Marc was a great host - very welcoming and enthusiastic, and even shared some of his delicious baking with us! The property is in a quiet village location with a view of the village and vineyards from the living space, and the little pool was great for a dip. Spacious home with well-equipped kitchen. It's a great location for exploring the Chablis area, with free parking for two cars.

The furniture and fittings in the property were basic and it all felt a bit tired, for example, the sofa had nearly collapsed and a leg of the kitchen table had been strapped back together.

The Chablis experience in peaceful Fye

Peaceful yet accessible location in a quiet village surrounded by vineyards. Excellent and very friendly hosts who were able to explain the region, the wines and the food scene. Good clean accommodation for six of us.

Minor quibbles over the number of comfy chairs, available cooking knives and there appeared to be a glitch with the cut-out on the kettle - all very minor and we managed fine.

It was spacious, comfortable, clean, well-equipped, very quiet and had an amazing view of the vineyards. We also really liked that it was cool inside the house, especially during a hot summer. We had a relaxing time in this house. I wish we could stay longer in this property!

This is one of the best b&b in France. - the hosts are very kind. - we can use the bbq grill, swimming pool for kids. - the house is only for us, not sharing with other people. - the location is great for winery, and the vineyard. - safe, spacious. - you can park two cars.

the location close to the core of vineyards , the swimming pool for the kids, the barbecue, the house is simple but very well organized and has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The silence at night but although the proximity to the town. Our host did everything possible to improve our stay.

Nothing! The only missing thing would have been a real green garden, but the chairs and sofa beside the swimming pool were a good place to relax

Awesome place to stay, great view and lovely Host.

Host Marc was the best family we have on such a tour. He had many additional activies, you can rent electric mountain bikes from him, the family even invited us to join a private evening bbq.

A small 2 km drive from town center but easy peeze if you are drving in or you can walk or cycle ..but this view and ambience trumps the concern

The place was very comfortable. To park and the size of the rooms and salon. Really awesome for that. In summer should be greater with pool and barbecue.

Fantastic place with very friendly hosts

The house in completely new (we were the first customer!) and build with all the comfort. The view is fantastic: from the kitchen you can see the vineyards, and in the back of the house there is a wood. You can park the car inside the property, so if you travel with a lot of wine (like us) you don't have to worry! The hosts are very friendly: they guided us through the vineyards in a beautiful tour ended at a viewpoint over Chablis. Ate the end they offered us a bottle of wine and we drinker in the garden together to celebrate their firs customer. The place is very quite and you can sleep in total silence. The cleaning is perfect, there is gel and cleaning wipes everywhere and at the entrance of the room there are a pack of mask free ti be used.

Goede lokatie, lekker rustig tussen de wijn velden. Snel gevonden, duidelijke uitleg om in het huis te komen. Buitenruimte plus. Goede bank en grote flatscreen met vele mogelijkheden. Veel ruimte in het huis. Goed werkende airco. Echt een plus was dat onze hondjes mee konden en vrij konden rond lopen in de omheinde tuin.

Overal in en rond het huis waren verbeterpunten.Oogt soms wat rommelig. ( plakband op kraan, afwerking keuken, geroeste stoeltjes buiten, ) Qua hygiëne zijn er nog wat stappen te zetten. En persoonlijk vonden we de matrassen erg hard.
