The 102 m² Upstalsboom 4-room apartment, rusthv4.1, located in the Binz-Prora Beach Residences with a partial ocean view, can accommodate up to 5 people. This modern and spacious apartment, situated in the first row facing the beach, features a balcony and two bathrooms. Just a few steps away, and you’ll find yourself on the beautiful, expansive sandy beach.
The Location
This light-filled apartment is located on the northeast-facing fourth floor of the Vilm building. The Baltic Sea is practically right outside your door—the fine-sand, kilometer-long South Beach is just 130 meters away. Numerous excursion options await you in the surrounding area: the Prora Documentation Center, the Prora Center, the Rügen Classic Car Museum, the Rügen NVA Museum, the Galileo World of Knowledge Rügen, the Binz-Prora Climbing Forest, and the Rügen Nature Heritage Center with its treetop trail, as well as the popular Karls Adventure Village in Zirkow. Within walking distance, you’ll find two bakeries, several bistros, a restaurant, small fashion and souvenir shops, and a bike rental shop. A sailing school is located about 3 km away. At the nearby Dormero Strandhotel (about 800 m), you can purchase day passes and enjoy the pool, sauna, and fitness area to your heart’s content.
