Enjoy this sleepy beach town while you and your family are on an exciting beach getaway or make it the perfect work vacation at this beautiful Indian Rocks Beach home. The home boasts a HEATED private POOL with a tanning shelf for sunbathing and the kiddos to play, seating at the far end, bubbler, and in-pool umbrella to provide shade for the little ones! By the pool, enjoy the Weber gas grill, fire pit, and the “hang loose” lanai with a wet bar and TV. This back yard set up will ensure you enjoy every last minute of the sun. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is .2 miles (5 minute walk) from the 16th Ave Beach Access Park and open floor plan with a shuffleboard table and a great nook seating area to enjoy your favorite book! With the living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen being together, it makes any activity a family moment to remember.

Water excursions are available at Clearwater Beach Marina and John’s Pass Village. Dolphin cruises, Snorkeling Trips, Island hopping, Jet ski and Boat rentals, Parasailing, Pirate Ship, Speedboat Tours.
Other things to note
We provide 4 beach towels. Plus there’s a beach cart loaded with 4 beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler. Please do not put fish in the cooler.
FREE use of 4-Seat Golf Cart that is included in your stay (must show valid license and agree to lease terms). You can drive it to restaurants, take gear to the beach, or just cruise in the side streets of Indian Rocks Beach! The golf cart is not permitted on Gulf Boulevard or any other major roadways. Must be returned in same or better condition. Golf cart is equipped with an airtag/GPS monitoring. You may receive notifications on your phone/device.
We will not tolerate disrespectful behavior of any kind. All Indian Rocks Beach Ordinances must be followed. If we are cited due to you not following the city ordinances, we will charge the fine amount to you at your expense. We spend several weeks a year at our property and expect guests to treat our space with integrity.
Keyless entry – arrive when you like with no worries about picking up or dropping off keys.

The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system’s motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed

No events, parties, or large gatherings

We had a wonderful time. The house is in a great location. Super clean and was exactly as shown in pictures. The pool was so nice and cool on the hot says. I owner was so easy to work with. I would highly recommend this house.

This home was clean and had everything we needed to make ourselves at home for the week. We loved having the golf cart to go eat or to the beach. There is also a nice park within walking distance that our toddler loved. The pool is beautiful and is the perfect temperature. I would highly recommend staying here and we would definitely check it’s availability when we return to the area for future trips.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay, along with our adult children. The location to the everything was excellent. We loved the feel of Indian Rocks Beach, as it wasn't as crowded as other beach towns we stayed at. The home had plenty of space for all of us. The golf cart was a plus helping to get us to the beach daily. Our children loved having the pool to cool off after a long day of the beach or a day of shopping. Communicating with the host was excellent they always responded quickly. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone who wants to go to a laid-back beach town.
