This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $60 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

Absolutely fantastic. Great location only a short walk to the beach. The home has the most awesome pool & deck area that we have ever stayed at. Beautiful pavers that are cool to walk on, plenty of chairs & umbrellas, perfect view of the intercoastal. The landscaping is over-the-top beautiful. Inside is very accomodating, plenty of linens & beach towels, plus beach gear & bikes. Kitchen & family room are great, very open & bright, plus perfect views of pool & waterway. Only a short walk to coffee shops, nail salon, a few restaurants & pickleball courts. We have stayed in IRB many times & this is by far the most beautiful & well keep home that we have stayed in.

This property is absolutely beautiful—immaculate and thoughtfully designed with every detail in mind. A private boat with a captain is available for rent and can pick you up right from the backyard dock, and the beach is just a short walk away.The house comes fully stocked with everything you could possibly need: beach and bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, blow dryers, dishwashing pods, laundry pods, dryer sheets, cooking utensils, paper towels, toilet paper, e-bikes, cooler, fishing poles, beach toys, beach bag, bikes, life jackets—the list truly goes on and on.The property management company was outstanding—responsive, friendly, and quick to act. When we had minor issues with the pool and A/C upon arrival, they sent technicians immediately and even reimbursed us for the inconvenience.Do not hesitate to book this home. It exceeded all expectations and made for a wonderful, memorable stay!
