Summary:
This spacious property is located within a short walk to Bayfair shopping centre via a nearby access way. Offering a fenced large pool -available during the summer months, spa pool, a fabulous outdoor living area and covered patio it is perfect spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors and games on the lawn knowing the children are secure with 2 security cameras at the front of the property. An ideal spot for the winter months as well with the cosy fireplace makes this a great holiday choice year round!
The Space:
Offering 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Two of the rooms have queen beds while the third room offers two single beds ( one of which is a trundler bed) The living area , kitchen and dining are open plan and spacious. There is a fabulous outdoor area where the pool, spa and yard can be enjoyed with many a BBQ and alfresco dining. Please note that Swimming Pool is closed for the WINTER from Monday 5th May until 29th August. The Spa pool is available in the winter months.
Located in a quiet cul -de - sac yet just a short walk via an access to Bayfair where you will find shopping and restaurants galore. A short 10 minute walk will land you at the beautiful Mt Maunganui beach. ASB arena and Blake park are also nearby. Downtown Mt Maunganui is a short 10 minute drive away.
Other Things to Note:
Maximum number of guests staying is 6 this is not to be exceeded unless by prior approval. Leave the premises in a clean and tidy state. Whilst we appreciate you are on holiday please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm and no parties. An extra surcharge can apply of up to $500 if guests failure to comply with the NON party policy. Do not use the property for unlawful purposes. Check in time is 3pm or by prior arrangement Check out time is 10am or by prior arrangement. An extra surcharge applies if failure to comply. Please note that there is a security camera facing the front deck.

We loved the cleanliness, the well equipped kitchen and most of all the pool and spa. A very warm house, must be lovely in winter but hard to cool at the peak of summer. Really handy to the supermarket (2 min walk!). We appreciated the little touches to make our stay more comfortable - like providing coffee, cooking essentials like salt/pepper/oil and pool towels. Would have been better if it was clearer that the room with a double and single bed is in fact a very small double and a trundle bed.
