Stay in the heart of Columbia-Tusculum, conveniently located minutes from downtown Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. Just a short drive from Great American Ballpark, Paul Brown Stadium, and the Cincinnati Museum Center.
Easily walk or Uber to many local restaurants and bars, including Jeff Ruby's Precinct and Allyn's Cafe.
You'll have the run of the whole first floor of this updated 142 year old home, including an on-site washer and dryer, with ample street parking.
We offer free parking in the rear of the property in a shared gravel lot.
There is room for only 1 vehicle and it needs to be parked in the middle of the lot, leaving the other spaces for the neighbors unblocked.
The driveway is tight so please be careful as you enter and exit!
This is a shared driveway so please don't leave your car parked in the driveway where it would block the free access of the neighbors.
After entering your unique code into the digital smart lock, you'll walk into the front room with a dining table, sofa, and brand new 50 inch 4K UHD HDR Smart Android TV with Chromecast.
The fully furnished kitchen comes next with ample cabinet storage, and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. It includes a full electric range and microwave.
At the back of the apartment is the bedroom, furnished with brand new cherry hardwood furniture and a Queen size bed.
You'll also have access to two covered porches to enjoy sitting outside when the weather is nice.
High speed 750Mbps wifi is available throughout the entire apartment.
This house has 142 years of charm. And while the space has been updated, be aware that there are some sloping and uneven floors, as you might expect with a house that has seen so many generations.

We are pet-friendly and may not be a great fit for guests who are sensitive to pets. Service animals are not permitted to be left unattended in the property at any time.
Please do not unplug any of the network devices in the home.

Fantastic location for this 1 bedroom apartment located in the oldest neighborhood of Cincinnati! Would certainly recommend to anyone visiting Cincinnati.
