The property was pet friendly with a fenced yard. The owner was very easy to communicate with.

This was an older home but clean. It needs lots of little fixes. The neighborhood had sidewalks being dug out. Some roads were closed getting to the property. It was not a safe feeling area and the back door locks were screwed into wood that was not solid. I feel I could have kicked the door in and I’m 63. It was a little unsafe getting in because there were open stairs to the basement. It was close to downtown. About a 12 minute drive.

Great house, beautifully decorated and well equipped but beware of the Steep stairs everywhere… not for anyone with any type of mobility issues.
