About this house rental
House with four bedrooms for 9 people, a panoramic view of the Bay of Audierne and the beach of Trescadec (audierne-esquibien).
This house of the 70s, completely renovated, located in a private dead end, 3 minutes walk from the beach and ten minutes walk from the pier of the ile de sein will welcome you for wonderful stays with family, friends or one-on-one.
The house ,located on a plot of 8oo square meters with sea view is built on two levels.
On the 1st floor:-a very bright kitchen, open to the living room, where you will cook the seafood bought at the market watching the sailboats evolve on the water just below
-a very bright living room with two bay windows on a spacious terrace with panoramic views
-a dining room with a large oak table.
-a separate toilet
-a room equipped with a double bed of 160X200 with its bathroom with shower.
On the second floor:
-a separate toilet
-a bedroom with a double bed 160X200 and storage space.
-A room with three single beds and storage space.
-a bathroom
-a bedroom with a double bed (160X200) storage and its bathroom with shower.
You will have a beautiful sea view from all the rooms upstairs.
Barbecue,available at the garden level and a garden furniture under the terrace.
A few minutes from the house, you can indulge in windsurfing, surfing, puddle, kayaking, dinghies, tennis, take swimming lessons.
If you like long hikes, you can take the GR 34 which will take you for the bravest to the tip of the raz.
Among the must-see places to visit during your stay:
-the tip of the raz, the tip of the van that has nothing to envy him and the small city of character of cross bridge.
-In a wider area about twenty minutes by car, the small fishing port of Douarnenez known for its canneries and the village of Locronan with its rich architectural heritage, free of any trace of modernization.
-At an hour and a half by car you can visit on the marina of brest the aquarium of Brittany most known in France where you can observe in family various animals evolving in temperate, polar or tropical environments.
You will find in audierne several restaurants or creperie where you can taste our local specialties (various crustaceans and fish ).
If you feel the soul of a great chef, you can shop in the various surrounding shops and prepare delicious dishes in the well-equipped kitchen while enjoying the full sea view.
