About this house rental

Cocoonr agency offers you this charming house to rent in Douarnenez. It is two hundred years old and will be fully renovated in 2025/2026, about 300 m from the beach, with a surface area of 214 m² and can accommodate up to 10 travellers, in an enclosed area of greenery and woodland.

It has a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, six bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 4,000 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A living room with antique wood panelling, sofa and armchairs

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, freezer, etc.

- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom

- Bedroom 3: with two single beds

2nd floor:
- Bedroom 4: with double bed (140x190) and en-suite shower room

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha (gas provided), iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- In front of the house: a 1000 m² garden, with a renovated 130 m² courtyard enclosed by plant hedges, facing south and with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- To the rear of the house: a large private garden of 3,000 m² enclosed by a stone wall, with a small wood and a magnificent view over the bay and port of Douarnenez.
- A second, north-facing terrace of 30 m², with granite
with granite slabs and garden furniture.

The house is ideally located in Douarnenez, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- A gate in the back garden provides direct access to the GR34 hiking trail.
- Port du Rosmeur and Port Rhu: stroll along the picturesque harbours, admire the boats and enjoy a coffee facing the water.
- Plage du Ris and Plage des Sables Blancs: beautiful beaches ideal for relaxing. Douarnenez is a town with 3 ports and 7 beaches.
- Taste Breton specialities: fresh fish and seafood, galettes, kouign-amann or local seafood (markets, harbour restaurants).
- Coastal path (GR34) from Port du Rosmeur to Trezmalaouen: coastal path for a stroll along the seafront.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private outdoor car park (up to 4 spaces).
