This wonderful 2 bedroom/2bath, plus futon in loft is located in the Silverpick Condo community and can sleep up to 6. Ideal location for skiing, boarding, biking, fishing, hiking, all around outdoor enthusiast. Just 1 mile from Purgatory Mountain Resort and one-half mile from The Nugget Bar (and walkable in the summer). Property has its own staircase entry, with incredible views of the Twilight Range from a private balcony. The main level one bedroom with a king bed and bathroom with double sinks. The upper level has one bedroom with 2 full size beds, a futon in a fun, cozy loft area and a bathroom with double sinks. The property feels large with vaulted ceilings in both the living room and master bedroom, window seats, wood-burning fireplace (wood provided by the condo!). After all your outdoor adventures, relax in the shared hot tub located just down stairs.

Very clean, very homey. All the amenities. 5 minutes to Purgatory base. Great communication. Would definitely stay again. Only minor issue, WiFi (and LTE) service not good, which was a problem with 2 teenagers. No TV streaming avail due to WiFi not working well. But, we were there to ski and this was a great place for that.

The location is very nice near the San Juan’s. Hiking and so forth x The condo is pretty basic in capabilities (no frills). Check in was direct (electronic and accurate). Concerns: - carpet was dirty/stained on main floor, no tissue paper available, WiFi worked but had to bring our own laptop to get any TVs or movies or in condo entertainment (as I said no frills and very basic), and firewood plus fire starters were soaked (for the cool mountain nights wanted to have a fire for my wife). We have stayed in many good to great VRBOs and this was average. Will return to the San Juans but not to this place.
