Overall our experience was good, we ran into some issues when we first arrived but the owners were quick to respond and remedy the issue, which was very appreciated.
The house was as described and we enjoyed using the pool table in the basement as a family.
The only thing we would change is the dampness in the basement.

The house was very clean and spacious. My kids loved the pool and foosball table. It was only 30 min from Durango and there was so much to do! We would definitely stay here again.

Plenty of space for 7 adults. Nice get away with great amenities! We enjoyed the birds in the morning and the deer in the evening.

Perfect space for our girls getaway. Given great communication and a book with recommendations waiting for us. Nice fireplace included, but did not use. Surprisingly wonderful water pressure in all showers and enough hot water. Very important to us!! Would rent again!
