About this house rental
This beautiful two story townhouse is conveniently located close to medical resources, golf courses, shopping, and I5. The open living floor plan on main level includes kitchen/dining area, living room with 9 ft ceilings, and a guest bathroom. The living room couch pulls out into a comfortable queen size sofa bed. Upstairs you'll find a master bedroom and bathroom with a TV and firestick, a walk-in closet, sitting area, king size bed, desk, and patio for enjoying the sunset. The second primary bedroom also offers a full bathroom and walk in closet, and a queen size bed. In the hallway upstairs you'll find a stacked washer and dryer included for your use. The downstairs living space provides access to a small fenced backyard and attached one car garage. Parking is limited to two parking spaces, one in the garage, one in the driveway. The property has outdoor security cameras, they do not face towards the house. There is a ring doorbell, a camera on the balcony facing the parking area only, and a camera for the backyard area. The backyard camera can be turned off with permission.

Everything worked well, whatever we needed was there and it’s location was close (but not too close) to the freeway for easy access to Ashland for plays as well as Grants Pass, Jacksonville & Central Point for activities we enjoyed. Having a biking/walking trail super close was a much appreciated surprise benefit. Wouldn’t change a thing.

Location was perfect!!! We flew in fe Hawaii with plans to get shop for freshman dorm. This property was so close to stores and the SOU campus. Perfect for this trip!
