This is a family house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the house there is a king size bed, 2 queen size beds. There is a covered patio and a nice large fenced back yard. The front door has a combination lock. In the house there is an entry room, a dining room and a living room. The kitchen has all the basic cooking item you need to cook and dishes to eat there. One bathroom has a tub/shower and the other bathroom has a shower.

Robert was very easy to communicate with, and responded very quickly to any questions I had. We even had the pleasure of meeting him in person, because I mixed up the check out time, and thought we were leaving early but actually walked out a few minutes late, but and Robert and the cleaning crew had just pulled up. He was very understanding, though, and we had a pleasant conversation. We will be back to visit Medford in the future, and hope the house will be available for our stay.

Attended my son's wedding close by. House was super clean and inviting. Great to have to wedding party people to stop by after the rehearsal dinner so we could talk and get to know each otherWas like being at home. Central location for the church and then for the reception hall. Nice quiet neighborhood.
