The property was nice. Loved the ripe bing cherries! We were a little surprised when we first arrived and found we were directly under the landing path for the Medford airport. A little too close for my taste. The property was close to shopping and eateries. All-in-all, a fair stay in Medford. The bedrooms could use a chair or two to aid guests in dressing. The toaster smoked up when used, as it seems the guests who last used it had possibly cheese on what they toasted. Also, one side of the toaster didn't work. We loved the Ecuadorian decorations, as we have band members from Quito.

The layout and location of this house was fantastic! The bedrooms were huge and we had more than enough space. We were close to everything, even a fantastic park just a few blocks walk away. The children's museum was a highlight for our little girls.
The only downsides to our stay were related to the beds: the sheets/towels were VERY heavily scented by the laundry detergent. I know that I'm overly sensitive to smells, but it was worse than anywhere else I've ever stayed. Also, the pillows were either ridiculously hard or so soft they were practically non existent, and the sheets were extremely low quality.
However, for a two night stay to be in town for friend's wedding, it was a great place. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

This property met our expectations. It was very clean and pleasant. The kitchen had many nice conveniences. The area was very quiet and easy to access.
There were only religious materials for reading or viewing (dvds). It might be nice to have a wider variety. Would recommend that you had some comfy chairs in the large master bedroom.
