About this house rental
This lovely modern home sits at the water's edge of Ewin Narrows and offers water views from every room. If boating, kayaking, fishing, swimming or just dangling your feet in the water from a private dock sound like the ideal vacation activities, Dockside is for you. While located in a quiet neighborhood, its central location in Harpswell provides access to the area attractions of Orr's Island, Bailey Island, and Harpswell Neck. Dockside is just 10 minutes from Brunswick for shopping, cinemas or that all-important pizza.
Inside you'll find a large kitchen, a dining table that seats six people, a comfy living room with a smart TV, and a bedroom with a full bed. Upstairs are two more bedrooms including the primary bedroom with a king bed and adjoining full bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed and two twin beds and next to this bedroom is another full bathroom. Dockside sleeps 6 comfortably.
Venture outside to play on the large sunny lawn, grill or bask in the sun on the deck, or nap in the shade on the porch. Enjoy your morning coffee sitting on the dock listening to the ocean lapping gently at the pilings. The small beach area by the dock is a great place to explore or wade in the water or swim from on hot summer days! Michael & Barbara said: "Wonderful rental in pristine condition inside and out with large dock on calm waterway. Perfect for adults and children. Great for Bowdoin alumni as only 6 miles from campus."
Dogs are welcome at Dockside (a non-refundable pet fee applies). More than one dog requires permission from host. If booking on VRBO click on "Travelers" box and check box by "I am traveling with pets."

Perfect weather for kayaking and swimming. Down to Morses for a lobster roll or two fried clams , never disappointed a nd a view that is awesome. I hope Chris P. takes pictures of the Dock project, very interesting.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this home. Everything was very well coordinated through MaineStay. We visit this area every year, and we would highly recommend this house.

We were delighted with the house, Dockside, the condition we found it in and its location. Also the weather couldn't have been more glorious (I know you didn't arrange that!)
When we called with a minor problem--the fire alarm beeping--it was immediately attended to.
We enjoyed meals on the deck, sunbathing on the dock, even getting in the water. It was interesting to learn that the property had once been a post office.Future visitors would find that interesting, I think.
Thank you for everything, we had the best time.
