The eclectic design elements and desert boho vibe create a charming space for family, friends or colleagues to gather. Walk to all things SOCO where you'll find local artist pop-ups, boutique shops, hip restaurants and legendary live music. Other iconic attractions including Barton Springs, Lady Bird Lake, Rainey St. and Downtown Austin are less than a 5 minute drive away. -No pets allowed. If you are traveling with a pet, reach out as we can help you find a pet-friendly place.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.

My husband and I took our two boys to Austin for a quick trip, before school starts. We had plenty of room, it was close to South Congress and all the other things we did. We even had movie night and swam in the pool. Super quiet and we had an amazing time.

Honestly, I wanna gatekeep the place. Good location. Can walk to S. Congress Ave.Well maintained. Updated. Don't let the look of the overall complex fool you. It's a nice unit with everything you need.My only minor complaints are that the main lock is a bit finicky, parking is a little tight but very manageable, and the carpet in the first bedroom needs replacing - the corner by the door is rolling up, so we constantly trip on it.I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a nice stay. It was nice to be close to Congress where we enjoyed food and shopping.

The location of this place is very convenient and we enjoyed being able to walk to South Congress and the river. However, the bed sheets were very visibly stained, my friend got bit a lot by something in the smaller bed in the guest room both nights there, and there was no hot water until the very last day. The ironing board was also missing. The cabinets also had a lot of dust in them. The host was responsive when we communicated these concerns but unfortunately not much could be done
