The first room they put me in had a faulty thermostat. It took multiple calls to their support # to address it. The pillows were lumpy, the towels were thin and scratchy, there was clean laundry in the dryer that hadn't been folded and put away, the corner basket in the shower was coming off the wall -- the rooms are nice but they don't feel as luxe as they are represented as. Unlike a hotel, service felt a bit neglected. I had to call 3 or 4 times to get help with the heat and it took up about 4 hours of my day. I drove that process, not them. They offered me a 10% discount on one night which felt chintzy given that I was both inconvenienced and ended up in a significantly smaller unit. Also the valet didn't give me a number to call downstairs. When I called the number on the ticket, there was a ridiculously long voicemail queue and every extension I pushed, trying to get the guys downstairs, dumped me into a random vm box. In the end, I had to go down to get the car. It's these examples of an overall lack of attention to detail and customer service that makes it feel kinda bleh.

The spacious unit with washer / dryer makes for a comfortable stay when staying longer than a couple of nights. The location was good with a lot of nice restaurants nearby.

As a Premium member, I will say this stay was extremely disappointing......due to a combo of flaws by both the unit owner and the 3rd party manager. The unit itself is spacious and lovely, and it has a fabulous view of Lady Bird Lake and the entire city of Austin. But here are the problems: Both bedrooms are underlit. In the master, there is ONE bedroom table lamp with no more than a 60 watt bulb. To be able to do anything when it's dark outside, a guest must turn on the closet light and leave the door open! In the 2nd bdrm, there is, literally, an exposed light bulb hanging from a fixture with absolutely no shade, and on the other nightstand, there is a tin fixture which couldn't have cost more than $15! There aren't enough kitchen utensils--a guest needs to wash all the forks, knives, and spoons after just two meals. There isn't a funnel or a set of large tongs Here are even worse issues: The front desk can't solve ANY problems--they tell the guest to contact the 3rd party manager. All they do is provide keys to the apartment. In the unit itself, there is absolutely no folder with critical info about the appliances, such as how to operate the washer/dryer or the microwave/oven. There isn't even a channel guide for the TVs.....which meant I couldn't watch either the NFL or the World Series--in spite of scrolling through hundreds of channels! In my view, it's a shame to have a unit with such great potential be so poorly serviced by both the owner and 3rd party!

Very nice we loved the space, took advantage of the kitchenette in the room and spent lots of time admiring the city (and river) from the roof top pool in the evening. Loved that the pool had a late night close time and appreciated that the little cabana beds and loungers didn’t require reservations or fees. Utilized the cafe & bar (fantastic cocktails) pretty much every day. Was very conveniently located without being smack dab in the middle of the hustle and bustle of downtown. Spent mornings on the balcony. And the bath products smelled AMAZING I wish they sold them! The tiny little grocery store and cafe around the corner was a nice convenience and had pretty much everything we needed.. Woulf definitely stay again but maybe spend the extra dough to get a room with a bigger bed. Overall felt very chic and was a pretty reasonably priced for the style and amenities.

Property was centrally located with grocery mart and pizzeria around the building. Many taxi options. We decided to go with $40/day hotel parking for the ease and convenience. Being just off the expressway and because most of fhe city is very accessible, drive times to local vacation destinations were generally 20-30 minutes. These include Barton Springs, Deep Pool Eddy, Austin State Capital, UT-Austin, Mount Bonnell, The Oasis restaurant, Tesla GIGA factory. All highly recommended!! The pool atop the roof was high-end but smaller but well compensated by surrounding, spectacular views of the city!! Our hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable for family of 4 with 2 teens. It offer all the kitchen and laundry amenities. We enjoyed our stay and loved the location. A couple suggestions is to add dark curtains as sunlight fills the room very early and make it more clear who to reach out to with requests since the hotel front desk and condo managers are not the same.

Austin Condo Hotel was wonderful. The location was perfect - close to restaurants and bars. The view of the lake from our room was amazing. The staff was friendly. The rooftop pool was so much fun. We will definitely stay here again

Everything was pretty perfect with the exception of the comfort of the bed. It was surprisingly non-inviting and the plastic mattress covering made it less so with the crackling every time I moved. Great to have the coffee shop/cafe in the lobby and the entire staff was friendly and ver accommodating.

Place was aesthetically beautiful! Found some unwashed dishes in the cupboard and with rotten food. Was not maintained or washed from previous tenants. Pool was not heated as stated. Area has a lot of homeless people who showed acts of violence and aggression.

The property was great and the pool area was excellent. There’s lots if great dining options around and it’s a 10 minute walk along the late to get into the main centre. Unfortunately, our room faced the motorway and the constant noise from the cars made it difficult to sleep - even with earplugs. Due to that, I won’t be back for this price.

For everything good about this hotel and this room in particular there was also something very odd. First off, the view was absolutely spectacular. From the rooms and from the balcony. But the state of the room itself was less than desirable. There were tortilla chip crumbs in the floor, there was still laundry in the dryer when we checked in. There are remnants of streamers from someone’s party still taped to the ceiling. The paint is chipping, there is a crudely patched large hole in the drywall above the bed. And while it does have a full kitchen, there are 2 forks and zero spoons. Also, don’t try to check in early! Our check in time was 4 pm. We got to the lobby at 3:55 and were told by the extremely rude and unhelpful employees to wait in the lobby and come back in 5 minutes. Everyone there had to wait and check in at the same time causing elevator gridlock. I will look elsewhere next time I’m in Austin.

Overall the hotel was wonderful. Our condo was great. The pool was packed with limited seating so we never got to use and was one of the reasons for booking. Also felt like a party hotel and not really family friendly . The area was a bit sketchy but nice two blocks away. Valet was super expensive and half price next door
