A perfect holiday close to the Cinque Terre

a cozy house with two apartments and a garden on the edge of the old town of the village. Free parking across the road, local bar with coffee and croissants in front of the house, 2 restaurants 100 m from the house, several more on the waterfront. 2 supermarkets within reach. Nice beach about 8 min. on foot, 5 min. station, train to Cinque Terre 20 - 30 min. The owner responds immediately, if something is needed, he is willing. Everything was perfect.

Maybe sometimes a little noise from the apartment above, but only occasionally.

Un posto rilassante e tranquillo dove tornare

Siamo stati alcuni giorni a fine giugno. La casa è in buona posizione, facile da raggiungere, con comodo parcheggio antistante, silenziosissima a infissi chiusi, con una vista su giardino e orto, bucolica e rilassante. Ristrutturata da poco, accogliente e molto ben tenuta, comoda, ben equipaggiata, tutta sullo stesso piano abitativo, pulizia eccellente. Fresca d'estate con buon impianto di condizionamento. Ci si sta veramente bene. Il mare ha un' acqua meravigliosa con ampi spazi di spiaggia libera, si raggiunge in circa 10/15 minuti percorrendo un bel viale alberato. Ottima anche per famiglie, la consiglio vivamente. Host accogliente. Stazione ferroviaria a 5 minuti.

Purtroppo a causa dei 7-8 gradini antistanti l' ingresso non è adatta a persone con difficoltà motorie.

Mieszkanie bardzo czyste, duże, wygodne łóżka. Spokojna okolica w małej, zabytkowej części miasteczka. Idealne miejsce jeśli cenimy sobie spokój. Niedaleko stacja kolejowa skąd można wszędzie pojechać bez samochodu. Polecam

Tranquillità e comodità.

Alloggio molto confortevole, ben attrezzato, ottimo per chi ha amici a 4 zampe grazie alla presenza del giardino. In pochi minuti a piedi si arriva alla stazione di Deiva da cui partono treni frequenti per le 5 terre e per gli incantevoli paesi vicini. Comunicazione agevole con la proprietaria, che risponde velocemente, fornendo informazioni chiare.

Schöne Wohnung

Eine schöne gut aufgeteilte Wohnung in einer ruhigen Gegend. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und antwortet sehr schnell auf diverse Fragen. Von dort kann man die Cinque Terre schnell erreichen und auch andere Reiseziele sind mit dem Zug (Hauptbahnhof ist 5 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt) gut zu erreichen.

Saubere einladende Wohnung am Rande der historischen Altstadt

Die Sauberkeit des Appartements. In der Küche war auch die Ausstattung gut. Alles wirkte recht neu. Die Handtücher haben eine tolle Qualität. Gebucht hatten wir die Wohnung vor allem wegen der Lage: Der Bahnhof ist weit genug weg, so dass man keinen Lärm hört, aber nah genug um in ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß dort zu sein. Bis zum Strand sind es etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Vermieterin haben wir persönlich gar nicht getroffen, aber sie war jederzeit per Mail oder WhatsApp erreichbar. Das Finden der Wohnung und der Check in waren dank der detaillierten Beschreibung und dem netten Kontakt vollkommen unkompliziert. Auch das Parken war nah und komfortabel möglich, einmal quer über die Straße. Wir hatten die Wohnung im 1. OG - klar dass bis dorthin ein paar Treppen zu steigen sind.

Es fehlen eine Garderobe und/oder Haken für Jacken, Handtücher usw. Bei gutem Wetter kann man draußen unter dem Küchenfenster trocknen. Aber wir hatten leider viel Regen.
