La chambre était très confortable avec un grand lit, la grande terrasse était un plus du studio avec un étendoir à linge. La localisation est très bien, pas loin de la plage et du centre ville à pied c’était parfait. L’hôte nous a envoyé toutes les indications par message, la communication était bonne !
Il manquait quelques petits équipements au niveau de la cuisine (passoire, torchon à vaisselle…) et la douche était assez petite

The host was really welcoming, we were very early so he let us drop our bags/cases in to reception while we waited for room to be ready. We had a lovely five night stay and had no issues whatsoever. The facilities (including AC, kitchenette and gorgeous balcony with a scenic view) were perfect and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. A great location - only up the road from the beach and a few minutes from the port and the centre of town. Good value for money too! Thanks again.

Very comfortable and spacious with great details and fully equipped for self catering. The studio had a large balcony with several seating options and a hammock which was wonderful for an afternoon rest. The team at Livadia are kind, friendly and available to help. The location is fantastic only a short stroll - literally a few minutes - from the beach and all the restaurants and amenities of Parikia
