CT 199 - Duquesa Village

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos aquí, y no descarto volver de nuevo. El apartamento es precioso, super espacioso, cómodo y totalmente equipado.

The accommodation was as pictured and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the decor was pleasant.

The check in time slot is very restrictive-only two hours. I had to ask a friend who was already there to collect our keys as we had a late arrival time due to our flight. The property was listed as having access to the pool, one of the main reasons we booked this place, but we were not given a fob to access the pool and the hosts just kept saying that we had to use the fob. 3 times I confirmed with them that we didn’t have a fob. They said they would drop one round Friday lunch time, we were checking out at 7am Friday…. I was also disappointed as the listing said we had Wi-Fi, but there was no password. I contacted the host again, they kept saying the password was on the back of the router. All four of us looked but there was no password the “pass key” didn’t work. We all know how to access Wi-fi…. The hot water also stopped working, the host ignored my message regarding this along with my message saying I was unhappy and wanted a partial refund.
