Apartment renovated in 2026 with sea views located in a complex with 24-hour surveillance and 5 swimming pools and a tennis court (Manilva - Duquesa Village, Malaga)
Living room of 25m², 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washing machine, large terrace with sea view (completely renovated in August 2025.) and parking in private space.
The apartment is equipped with electric shutters on all windows.
Capacity to accommodate 5 people thanks to its 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room.
The apartment has WIFI and air-conditioning.
The price includes bed linen, towels and towels (except beach towels) as well as cleaning and administrative costs.
The keys are to be picked up at the Casa Concierge agency, Monte Duquesa Courtyard, Manilva 29692 in front of the Kellys Bar and next to the Players Bar (which is 5 minutes from the apartment)
If you arrive after 4 p.m., the keys will be in a safe with a code (which will be communicated to you in due course) on the front of the agency.

We had a wonderful 28-day stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for a longer stay. The view was absolutely amazing and something we enjoyed every single day.The location was great, and everything we needed was within easy reach. Julie was an excellent host, friendly, responsive, and made the entire stay smooth from check-in to check-out.We truly felt at home and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay!

The corresponding was 1st class and no problem. The apartment was excellent, fantastic view, beautifully clean and really well set out everything was catered for and more besides.We had a excellent month’s holiday and really could not find any fault with this apartment. Would like to use again next year and would recommend to anyone. Stan & Sally

1st class property. Everything and more has been thought of a d provided. Luxury, Comfort and location.. Must be visited.. The supporting agency, Duquesa Estate.. The staff go above and beyond to help and assist with any queries. Thank you. The owners of the apartment communicate promptly, should one need to ask any questions. The village itself is beautiful. You have easy access to the pool areas. There are restsurants, bars and a golf course, all within 5min walk distance from the apartment. Fantsastic stay!
