Views, ease of parking and security. Good communication with host and very clean. Has everything you need for a short stay.

Good sized apartment with all the amenities. The terrace with the outdoor furniture has gorgeous views over the lake. Fantastic and responsive messaging from Eric , the Manager

the place has beutiful view to the lake and a nice swimming pool. big parking and the host gave good direction explantion. easy to get in and out.

.not very clean, especially twoels. we thought the pool is privat and it's not. but there werent alot of people so it was ok there was a litlle smell in the apartment.

Soggiorno fantastico!

Appartamento fantastico, vista super romantica del lago, sia dalla piscina che dal magnifico terrazzino. Parcheggio comodissimo. L'appartamento era dotato di tutto ciò che poteva servire: detersivo, spugne, capsule e macchinetta del caffè oltre che olio e sale . Pulizia 10 e lode. Letto comodissimo con anche il Topper! Tutto davvero perfetto. Host disponibile e gentile.

Un logement situé sur une colline avec vue paradisiaque sur le lac. Un beau parking privé spacieux et clos. Fonctionnel et bien équipé, chambre avec matelas confortable. Terrasse avec bien sûr une belle vue sur le lac. Piscine et transat à disposition quand on veut. J’oublie pas le café offert . Indication d’accès très explicite de notre hôte. Gracie

Très bel appartement avec une vie imprenable sur le lac Majeur. Je le recommande vivement pour un séjour à Baveno. Le logement contient tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, il est très propre et bien entretenu. Merci à son propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et sa réactivité.
