Fabulous apartment with stunning views over lake Annecy.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. We loved taking the paddle board out. Such a nice extra to include. They also left tea, coffee etc to get us started. We easily could have stayed there for longer.

The checkout process was a bit stressful with little kids but not too bad. Wouldn’t put me off from booking here in future.

The view and location were wonderful, the apartment was so clean, the facilities and equipment were amazing. We very much enjoyed staying in this apartment and will definitely come back.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor, and noise carries easily. Even regular walking was an issue, as the downstairs neighbor came up to ask if the kids could be quieter. I’d recommend this place only if you don’t have young children, as it isn’t very kid-friendly.

Amazing! We did not want to leave.

Everything! We did not want to leave Reflet Bleau so we booked another night. The location on the water is amazing, and there is so much to see and do in the area. The apartment itself is just amazing and exactly like the photos. The beds are so comfortable. All the windows open and for our stay in summer it was lovely to have them all open to enjoy the breeze. Our host Thibault went out of his way to help us when asked for suggestions on activities and to accommodate us. Do not hesitate to book Reflet Bleu! You won’t be disappointed.

Il n'y a qu'une seule salle de bains privative dans l'une des chambres, ce qui est un peu gênant lorsqu'il y a plus de un couple.

Vue 8/10 belle vue devant sur le lac, depuis la table de la cuisine et depuis le salon, en revanche, moins joli derrière avec tout le bazar qui traine. Calme 7/10 double vitrage ok, mais beaucoup de passage de véhicule, donc avec les beaux jours et la fenêtre ouverte, ce sera une autre histoire, puis mur en papier comme le plancher, au premier faux pas le premier soir (21h30), le voisin du dessous est venu réclamer le silence, bien que poli, c’était un peu précipité vu que nos enfants ont juste été trop rapides pour aller de la cuisine à la sdb, nous avons passé le reste du séjour sur la pointe des pieds, pas très agréable. Interieur : 8/10 confortable, avec le chauffage au sol, bémol pour les murs et plancher trop fins Stationnement 8/10 Une place réservée en extérieur Wifi 6/10 moyen voire non possible suivant les pieces Environnement du bâtiment 6/10 Il pourrait y avoir un brin de rangement dans le jardin pour ne pas voir tout le bazar abandonné dans la partie arrière surtout. Forte odeur de tabac dans les parties communes, chiens qui aboient modérément car pas trop de passages dans le bâtiment. Localisation: 8/10 bien placé, des choses à faire dans les environs sans avoir besoin de se rapprocher d’Annecy
