Изключително любезен персонал. Отлично обслужване в ресторанта. Вкусна храна. Чист басейн.

Кърпите и чаршафите да се сменят ежедневно. Стаята да се почиства всеки ден. Да предвидят повече закачалки в банята, за да може да се поставят там мокрите кърпи, банските. Прекалено силен, стряскащ звук от микрофоните на джамията.

Spora część hoteli w Bułgarii nie posiada w łazienkach żadnych zasłon przy prysznicu i woda leje się po łazience (podłoga/toaleta). To mogłoby zostać poprawione, niewielkim nakładem kosztów. Śniadania z karty.

Изключително добри и чисти хора. Супер чисто навсякъде. Красиво, подредено, ухае навсякъде на приятен аромат. Храната обилна и много вкусна. Чувстваш се като повече от у дома си. Чувстваш грижа, спокойствие, уют, добрина. Поздравления!

Матрака на спалнята в стая 113 беше много твърд и неудобен, но за разлика от другите добрини, това няма голямо значение за кратък престой.

Location was good. Parking is good just outside the hotel. The steam room and pool were very clean and very well-maintained. Restaurant across the road, but was closed at 20:30!!

Difficult to communicate with the breakfast staff, hence we were disappointed with the breakfast. We asked for A, and we got Z! We gave up trying to communicate; we prefer quiet, unintrusive breakfasts. Dinner at the hotel was horrible - Meatballs + kebabs and chicken! All rubbery, fat galore, horrible taste. Dissected a meatball and a kebab, and there was no meat at all - just unedible mince. The worst part is the rude shouting over a public address system at 07:00 hrs, which woke us up and alerted us! It was from an adjacent mosque, imposing their prayers or traditions on us. Not acceptable to disturb other people in their private dwellings.
