Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Mieszkanie na 2. piętrze. Czyste, zadbane. Mimo przystanku tramwajowego hałasy za oknem nie doskwierały. Bardzo blisko na stary rynek i do reszty atrakcji Wrocławia.

We liked it a lot. there is one big bed, two sofas. the flat was clean. A little bit of nice from the street but not too bad. Great location. Everything was OK! :) clean bed linens and towels.

The location is exellent, very close to the old city. The apartment is according to the description, roomy, well equipped and good sleeping facility.

When we arrived in the first evening after a long journey, it turned out that the code to the keysafe was wrong. When we called the service telehone number, we were told that no apartment in the building was booked by anyone with my name. That was for us a very unpleasant situation. The room had been booked in my name, it was all paid for in advance and the amount was not refundable. After a few minutes on the phone, the booking number was double-checked, the operator admitted that the booking was OK (!),but the code to the key safe that I had received was wrong and I was given a new 4-digit code. When the apartment is self-serviced, it is naturally very important that the booking system is flawless and that we can trust that a key is available on arrival. Our experience this time is that there is plenty room for improvment. We were after a few days offered a 10% discount on our next booking, but no explanation for what caused the problem nor how they planned to improve.
