Amazing staff in the reception - great help and resolution of some of the things that had to be discussed. I wish more businesses would have people like Mateusz and Łukasz. The property was fairly small but something you'd call "Cosy"
Bit small and couldn't open the window at night due to the street noise.

Great location right in the town centre, easy to find following instructions sent by the owner. Secure building with code and 2 x key locks, one to corridor and one to the room. Room small but enough for a short stay. The beds were made for our arrival and apartment was nice and clean. Sun facing windows which made it nice and warm even when it was a bit cool outside. Tea, coffee and sugar in the room were greatly appreciated, would definitely recommend for a short stay :)
The only downside was the fact we've had one key and the door had to be locked with the key from the inside too, which meant we had to go out/come back at the same time. If one person leaves and locks the door noone can leave the apartment as it's impossible to unlock from the inside without a key.

it’s clean and fresh. room is basic.
to get to the property is a quest! lift did not work!!! on top of that client service is non existent: they charge 60 zloty if I contact them for minor reason. there was no wifi password provided, I was wondering if that’s a major or minor issue.. also I was asked to clean dishes! if not my deposit could be reduced. this is just ridiculous.
